I had the chance to learn how to make dumplings. Thanks to our very good friend Ms. Candy for training us how to make these dumplings. Their easy to make and fun to do. We bought prepared dumpling sheets. We used Chinese cabbage, carrots and ground pork as stuffings. I had fun making the cute dumplings. At first I was thinking of "empanada" while I was stuffing the dumpling sheets. wahahaha... It was fun learning how to make Chinese dumplings ;)
